Described as ‘Scotts’ famous and addictive pasta,’ it’s a simple yet punchy combination of spaghetti, parsley, garlic, chilli, EVOO and a hearty helping of Italian parmesan. Bulk it out with optional extras like bacon, chicken, chorizo or shrimp for an even better time. For something different, try one of the Nordic-inspired potato dishes like the Rårakor, also known as crispy Swedish potato pancakes, topped with Scotts’ salmon gravlax, pickled cucumber and crème fraîche. We’re not drooling, you are.
